first post in a year!!

gosh where does the time go?? well i sort of lost interest in a lot of things after a day that altered the course of my life but now i'm in a new country starting up a new life and am ready to get back on track - hopefully with racing and with my blog!! sooo much to say. Four months tomorrow i left Dubai for Australia and in a way it's gone so fast and in another it feels like a lifetime!! I feel i'm in a kind of limbo right now - i have cut the mooring ropes from my long term home in the UAE but don't quite feel like i belong here yet...it's a weird feeling but not as horribly unsettled as i felt in my first few months here...
